Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• Email support@klowinnovates.store with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
• Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return shipping.
• Consumable items (treats) can only be returned if unopened.
