Terms of Service

By placing an order with Klow Innovations you agree to the following terms.

Products & pricing: we work to keep product information and pricing accurate. If an error occurs we’ll contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel any order and refund it in full. Title passes on delivery to the carrier.

Warranty: hardware carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects; electronics carry a 2-year warranty. Warranty covers defects, not normal wear or misuse.

Liability: our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product. Products are aids, not substitutes for supervision and veterinary care.
