Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS Ground with tracking emailed automatically.

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Delivery window: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
• Order tracking: a tracking link is emailed the moment your label is created.

If a package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@klowinnovates.store within 14 days and we’ll make it right. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
